November the 6th, 1924, together with Vittorio Gaudenzi, was born a big passion for the olive groves and olive oil. "6 Novembre" is the oil we produce in memory of Vittorio, the founder of our mill, each year blending the oils of our best cultivars obtaining an oil that is our personal choice of flavour.
